Egg Masala Fry


Eggs -6

Boil, remove shell and cut into halves.

Grind together 3 tbs red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, enough salt and 3 big onions. Grind to a fine paste. Cover the eggs in the masala paste and shallow fry in hot oil on low fire. Stir constantly and fry till the masala turns brown.

If you add any other ingredient other than mentioned, the taste would be different..but this one is worth trying.
