Ulli [small onion]curry



Small onion [shallots]- 1 cup

Green chillies 3

Red chilli powder -1 tsp

Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp

Asafetida –a pinch

Salt

Tamrind pulp- 2 tbs

How to make

Heat the pan, add seasonings and then the onions and green chillies cut into small. Fry till they get transparent and soft. Add all other ingredients and boil for some time. Add only half a cup water. When the gravy is thick, remove from fire.

Serve with rice.
